Terrible Longevity. I bought the item about a year ago and found that its durability is not good. Overall, the headset is excellent. However, the item is broken on the headband, and there is no way to repair it. This item is no longer available. Seems a bit suspect that is the current status of this item if wanting to replace. Thanks for the cheaply made product.

Inexpensive, comfortable and works great. Was in need of a good wireless headset for work and all the ZOOM calls I attend. This headset works very well.A single charge can last the entire day, with plenty left over for the next day before I plug it in. The mic does cancel other noises, my dogs were growling and playing, but the folks on the call could not hear them. I like it has a mute button too, last set I had did not have that option. Good value for the money.Also very easy to pair via Bluetooth.

Good sound quality, heavy, battery didn’t last a year. Bought these for the price and was happy for the first 8 months. After that the battery was charging more frequently and they didn’t connect right away any longer. They are uncomfortable if you wear glasses. They press too hard and I wouldn’t recommend these if you take calls a lot. They will not last a full day. If you use them for an hour or two a day they are OK. The sound quality is very good if you use the dongle. I would not buy these again but spend a little more money for a better made headset. Overall though not a bad deal for the price I paid which was $63 during a 30% off offer.

Very good overall. Works well but sometimes needs to be unplugged/ plugged back in when taking back to back calls. Nature of the beast, I suppose. But the range is impressive. I’m able to go from the office to the kitchen for a quick cup of tea without loss of signal or clarity. This is a very comfortable headset, I wear it for 3 to 6 hours consistently with no issue. The fit is just right. Not too snug or loose as the band is adjustable. I tend to keep it on the charger when not in use. I forgot once overnight and it went through the entire next day with no problem. I got this for work, so I haven’t tried it with my phone as yet. It’s connected to my docking station via the dongle but still has bluetooth capability. I am very pleased with this purchase and will repeat in the future if needed. But I don’t forsee that issue anytime soon. I really enjoy the mute button.

Great find. I recently got these for work, and having outstanding sound quality was an absolute must. The sound quality exceeded my expectations. They drown out the background noise. I can hear my customers loud and clear. I can also hear my coworkers during calibration sessions, meetings, and trainings.Comfort is a standout feature of this headset. The ear cushions are incredibly plush and soft, allowing me to wear them for hours on end. The adjustable headband provides a perfect fit for my larger than normal head lol. Another huge plus abiyt the headset is that it is so lightweight that I often forget I’m even wearing it. This is a crucial factor for me, as I use the headset for extended periods during work.The battery life is impressive as well. I can go a whole day without needing to recharge. Bluetooth connectivity is great, and the range is fantastic, giving me the freedom to move around without worrying about losing connection.Overall, I would recommend these headsets for those who use headsets for work on a regular basis for long periods of time.

Worked great for about 5 days. I loved this headset. Connected easily and sounded great! Until it didn’t. Stopped working after 5 days. I could hear but no sound output. I have everything correct on my computer. Rest modem. Rebooted computer. Nothing worked. My tech guys couldn’t figure it out either. I ordered a replacement to see if it was just this headset. If it happens again I will have to give it no stars.Update. Received replacement snd worked great for two hours and same issue where there is no sound. This is not good for an online phone system or wireless connection. Returning

Awesome headset. So I had been using a previous version with one earpiece which was great and has been working well for work from home. I found out about a new version which has 2 earpieces and at price that was right for me. This new headset is incredible! I can’t believe how good it is for the price. The clarity of calls ,comfort of wearing and battery life is phenomenal. I would now consider this part of my essential work from home gear. It’s simple to use just plug in the dongle via USB to your pc / laptop and you’re in business. You can also do Bluetooth as well. Has mute button on the ear and simple on /off switch. My hearing is really bad from my time in the service. When I tell I can hear people very well with this set I mean it. Also has great range , I was able to walk into my kitchen in other room and hear conference call without it breaking up. I highly recommend this headset.
