   Great headphones and great customer service. I had finally found a set of headphones for my TV that are synced up with the picture and delivered great sound. When the band on the set broke, I contacted Avantree and they covered the warranty no questions asked. I worked with Rie who kept me informed throughout the process and answered any questions I had promptly and concisely. I appreciated all she did on my behalf.

   Not the best ergonomics…. The sound, comfort and battery life of this are all quite good, but I don’t like that it must be turned on/off using a small switch just sort of randomly placed on the device. Your fingers don’t intuitively go to the switch, causing a lot of fumbling around in search of it. The same awkwardness applies to the volume controls, which one must feel around to locate. There’s one button for “up” and another for “down”, they both feel the same and it’s easy to confuse them.

   Great set of headphones. These headphones come in great when I’m watching TV or playing video games. They don’t sound too tinny, with not too much bass. Conversations and dialogue comes through clear and understandable and they are not too uncomfortable on your head & ears. I’ve been able to wear them for hours on end with no complaints, they fit nice and snug on the ears forming a nice vacuum. Although not noise cancelling, they do a descent job of blocking out most of the ambient sounds around you. The only small issue I’ve come across is charging. First you need to get everything aligned correctly on the base before they will even begin charging and after that there is no real indication when charging is completed. A read light is visible while charging is taking place, but eventually that light goes out. The manual says a green light should illuminate when the headphones are fully charged but I have yet to see that, even after charging them overnight. Besides that, these are a great product, easy to pair out of the box (just plug everything in, turn on the base and the headphones and BOOM! you’re good to go). Would definitely recommend these.

   Headphones battery won’t charge up [ 4/30/2025 update ] [ 5/3/2025 update ]. I bought this product 9/2/2024 == Today is 4/13/2025.The battery on the headphones won’t charge up.I put the headphones on the charger == light turns green == I leave it on for over 24 hours === when I come back, light is still green == I go to use the headphones == within 5 minutes, I get “Low Battery” message == short time later, it disconnects, then reconnects, then tells me “Low Battery” === this cycle continues == I just shut off and don’t use.I would give this zero stars if possible === there is no reason that the headset should stop working like this (imo)I don’t understand how there are so many stars for this product.4/30/2025 *UPDATE* == Avantree has reached out to me. They offered replacement or refund. I will be taking the refund == and once completed, I will change to 5 stars == as follow-up customer service is very important to me.5/3/2025 *UPDATE* === Avantree has issued full refund for the product. For me, that takes them to 5 stars without hesitation. It is so important that vendors back up their products, and Avantree is doing that === making them an easy choice to buy their products.

   I Really Like this Item. I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people’s reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: Item arrived in great condition and just as described. Let me start by saying my wife likes to watch TV in bed before falling asleep, but I need to go to sleep when I go to bed. It was a struggle until we discovered this wonderful company and their products. A few years ago we bought the AVANTREE OPERA Headphones. They were awesome. Those hang on a tree holder to charge during the day. Recently my wife complained that she could feel on the top of her head where there was not any foam at the spot where they hung. We looked once again on Amazon and were happy to find this same brand AVANTREE also made this set which sits in a cradle to charge, thus allowing the foam to cover the entire headphone across the top of her head. THESE WORK GREAT. Easy to set-up and install. Quick to charge. Sounds great. Very comfortable on the head. Only had them a week, so can not speak on how long they will survive, but like I mentioned the OPERA version we have is still going strong years later. But, when we use them they are on her head. When she’s done, she gets up to use the restroom one last time, and puts them back into the charging cradle. They stay inside the cradle until the next night when she removes them to wear them. They are not subjected to strange forces, or dropping, or rolling over onto them. We expect them to last many years also. I Recommend. Good Luck.

   All the info you need to know. Sounds good. Charged it for a couple of hours and can use it continuously for at least 30+ hours. I’ve had it for about a month now and it’s worked perfectly. Plugged it in to the optical on my tv and worked out of the box. If I set my tv to audio optical out sound only comes out of the headphones, if I set my tv to play out of the tv speakers it plays out of both. If it’s on the charger it doesn’t play. I can also Bluetooth it to my phone, it has a mic so it can be used for phone calls or just listening to music. Very easy to use. If you do Bluetooth it to your phone you have to unplug the charging station or it will automatically connect to the tv, not that big of a deal. It’s comfortable and lots of cushion. Everything I needed was in the box. Hope this helps.

    Ero un pò scettico, non conoscendo la marca, ma ho dovuto ricredermi all’istante. Installazione semplicissima, accoppiamento lampo e suono meraviglioso. Sono molto comode da indossare, leggere, e poco invadenti. Possono essere ricaricate dalla basetta oppure, in alternativa, tramite cavetto usb. Io consiglio sempre la base, dato che è comunque necessaria per poter utilizzare le cuffie. Ottimo prodotto.
