Amazon Customer –
Good customer service. My son loves his watch. When we had a problem with it, they quickly rectified it. We appreciate the promptness of their service and look forward to continuing to enjoy their product.

Lots of data. Watch and app have tons of information and data points. Long battery life- I charge it only about once every 10 days. Great product for the price point.

A good piece of gear but could be better. A good product as I like how it is water proof an also can track my sleep. I would be better if it could synch with a scale and other biometric gear.

Very useful. I’ve been using the [Brand/Model] smartwatch and have had a very positive experience. The design is modern and comfortable, perfect for all-day wear. The synchronization is ideal for those looking to stay connected and take care of their health without complications. I love it!

Highly reliable. I found this product to be highly reliable. I do enjoy the waterproof feature as I use the watch all the time when working out. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants all the features of a smartwatch, especially for those who are physically active as the wellness feature is also top notch.

Worth it. Love it. The features I use the most are it tracking my steps, reminding me to drink water, checking my heart rate, keeping track of my sleep cycle, and it’s ability to receive phone calls and texts from my phone. And that’s not even all of it’s features! It helps me avoid the constant distractions on my phone (like news, social media apps, and shopping on the internet) and save that time for things that matter more. Wearing it is also a constant reminder to me to get my heart rate up and work out. The battery life is incredible. I can use it for two weeks+ without needing to charge it. Feels like any other watch, has an appearance similar to an Apple Watch but for a fraction of the cost. Overall, worth every penny. It does occasionally have a few connectivity issues to the app on your phone but if you restart your phone and the watch the problems fix themselves. At least in my case.

Works Well. It works well for what I needed. It was easy to figure out the app and it seems accurate. The battery life is great! I haven’t had to charge it in multiple days with having all the functions running. My only issues are that I am having an allergic reaction to the band. But they said they send you a free gift of a nylon band if you join a group.I would like to be able to customize the watch face a little more. You can select your own image which is nice, but I would like to be able to change the time font and color to more options. The last one I had gave a ton of options for that and was definitely a plus for me.It was difficult to set up the messaging notifications. It would be nice to not have to change your phone settings completely to enable the watch to receive notifications. If you are having trouble with this issue- you have to enable previews of texts on your phone. I don’t like other people to see parts of texts when they pop up on my phone so it’s a bit invasive.Despite those issues, I am very happy with the watch. I use it mostly for time, heart rate, and text and call alerts. I haven’t tested many of the other features.

Power Hungry. The watch is well made, highly visible screen and wears nicely. However, it is power hungry. I have disabled all of the add-on features except for exercising step data, changed the watch face to a simple digital readout that displays, day, date, time and steps and in two days I am down 40% of battery. The previous YAMAY watch purchased from Amazon gave 14-15 days on a battery charge. The great thing about the older YAMAY watch was that I could take a trip for a week or ten days and not carry the charge cable. So far battery life is a major disappointment with this watch.Update: I have to applaud this company for its response to my initial critique of their watch. Within a few days of posting my review I received a nice response offering a refund on the purchase of the watch. I declined having discovered that I can to into “Power Save Mode” which saves a considerable amount of battery life. Battery life is much better and if I want full functionality I can go through the menus and add features.
