Skipping and Pausing. I have tried 3 DVDs and each time there are periods where the DVD pauses and then skips ahead a few seconds.

Not happy with purchase. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I thought it would be easy to install but it is not working, not sure but maybe the remote is not working. Am very disappointed with the product. not sending it back because I threw the box away.

Simple basic DVD player. Nice little DVD player it works great was easy to setup. Nothing fancy but simple is good.

They will stand behind their product. I bought this in January of 2024 I never had any issues with it playing but I had not used it for several months and I went to use it about a week ago. It wouldn’t work. So I contacted Amazon and I received an email from the supplier. I explained to them what happened and that I had only actually used it a handful of times in the last year. I also stated I realized it wasn’t very expensive and had I been using it every night or at least couple two or three times a week then I would say I got my money’s worth out of it I was just disappointed that it had quit working already. They were great they said they understood and they sent me a new DVD player. I was surprised because I didn’t expect that and I was very pleased and I would highly recommend dealing with them and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another product from them. I really appreciated the fact that a year later they stood behind their product and that’s something you don’t see very much anymore.

DVD Player. The DVD Player was easy to install and did work a few times. After using it 3 times it stopped working and wouldn’t open so I could get my cd out. I contacted the company and this was the best customer service ever. So nice and gave me a free replacement and 3 year warranty. I was very happy with them.
