There really isn’t a right or wrong card for something like this. It comes down to your spending and paying habits. Find a card that has the best numbers and with a low limit and use it often. Then pay it every two weeks. Your numbers will go up, I promise!

I did this a few times. It is not a bad idea if it helps you in the longrun. Just don’t make a habit of it. I had to in my case because the fees of the one were going up. Just make sure if you do decide to do this, you don’t end up maxing out the other card. Keep it below 50%!

I have just 2 and my fiance has 3. So between the two of us as a couple, having only 5 is good I think! I don’t need more than two cards. I use one for weekly shopping and pay it back at the end of the month (I get paid once a month) and the other card is mainly for boosting my credit scores.

There is a long process to this before it happens. They make it look quick and simple. Unless you owe money on a house, they can’t just barge in and start taking things or kick you out. They need to do the legal process which can take months or even years.

I think it can but it comes down to how much you owe and who you owe. Sometimes banks close down and the debt is never paid back. This happened to me. My first bank account I had, I owed them over $400 because a card of mine wrongly took out a monthly payment from my bank account and put it into the negative. I had no idea and kept getting charged $32 every 3 days until the account was locked. A few weeks later, before I had time to pay it back, the bank closed.

I haven’t had cable since I moved out of my parents. My fiance and I never got it when we moved in together. We rent and saw no need in having it. We just have internet. That is all we need and since we have no landline and no TV services, we save a good $80+ a month.

We use some LED bulbs and some of the standard ones. It depends on the light and the room. I like to use regular ones in the office space as the LED lights tend to be too bright/white and bother my eyes. Since I work from home and sometimes work at night, I need the light to be warmer.

I know it is scary. I planned on looking for houses this year with my soon-to-be husband but we simply can’t afford it yet. I am hoping we can start looking in the fall but he has to get a raise at work and I need to increase my earnings as well. As for shopping, what you can buy now and keep for a long time, just stock up on it. Stock up on things you can freeze for a long time or has a long shelf life as far as food goes. For things like wood, shop smart, and buy wood that can be used for multiple purposes.

Nope. My parents were using one and I went to the grocery store with my mom just a few weeks ago to compare the numbers. Shopping locally and in-person actually saved her nearly $30. She was paying for premium prices and a subscription fee each month which ended up making it more expensive.

Do you mean power? haha, the title made me laugh a bit, sorry!
One of the ways a friend of mine’s family did this was by running the filter less often. If the pool gets used almost daily, there is no need to run the filter 24/7. Just do regular tests of the water, every 3 days or so, and you should only need to run the filter 12 hours every 3 days.
